The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing lead generation for our company, utilizing ALN.com to compile qualified leads in the multifamily industry, and maintaining these leads within our CRM system, HubSpot. This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible side hustle that can be managed alongside other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:


- Utilize ALN.com to research and gather contact and property information relevant to the multifamily industry.
- Assess and compile a list of qualified leads based on specific criteria set by the company.
- Enter and manage lead information in our CRM system, HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly update contact properties in the CRM with key information and maintain organized records.
- Work independently to meet weekly targets for lead generation and data management.
- Communicate effectively with the team to report progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements:


- Proven experience in lead generation, data entry, or a similar role; experience in the real estate or multifamily industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and comfort working in a remote setting.
